Our primary office is located on Oleander Drive, but we also have a satellite office conveniently located near the courthouse in downtown Wilmington at the Downtown Executive Center (the DEC) at 313 Walnut Street, Wilmington, NC 28401. The DEC is located about one mile from the New Hanover County Courthouse at 316 Princess Street, Wilmington, NC 28401. Sharon Pool manages the DEC, and the reception staff at our downtown location include Pam Taylor, Jennifer Miller, Helena Casey, and Amanda Pool.
